Township Administration

The Township Administrator is responsible for:

  • Implementing the policies of the Township Council
  • Supervising and coordinating the work of all Township departments
  • Public relations
  • Personnel and personnel policies
  • Preparation of the annual budget and capital budget
  • Implement and enforce administrative procedures
  • Contract negotiations

While the essential responsibilities of the Township Administrator are listed above, the primary goal of the Township Administrator and the rest of the office staff is providing a high level of customer service.
