VARIANCE
REQUEST
Pursuant
to provisions of the New Jersey Uniform Fire Code (NJAC 5:70-2.14) a property
owner, or a lessee with approval of the owner, may apply for a variance from
any provision of the Code. In order to be considered, the following information
must be provided.
You
will be notified within 30 days after submitting this request if it is granted
or denied. A request, which is not granted within 30 days, shall be deemed to
have been denied. A denied of the request for variance may be appealed in the
same manner as any other ruling issued by the Commissioner.
