It’s that time once again to re-license your dog (s) and/or cat(s)! Your license(s) expires December 31, 2007; the deadline for licensing before a late fee is imposed March 31, 2008, after which a $3.00 late fee will be added.
For your convenience, you may complete the enclosed application and return it with:
- A check payable to the “Township of Fairfield”
- Copy of Current Rabies Vaccination Certificate
- Copy of Spay/Neuter Certificate (if you wish to qualify for a $3.00 reduction in license fee)
OR
Feel free to come to the Municipal Clerk’s Office at the Municipal Building, 230 Fairfield Road, between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. weekdays.
FEES:
DOGS- $18.00 if Unspayed/Unneutered
15.00 if Spayed/Neutered
Add ($3.00) if you license after March 31st)
CATS- $8.00 for 1st Cat + $6.00 for each additional Cat if Unspayed/Unneutered
$5.00 for 1st Cat + $3.00 for each additional Cat Spayed/Neutered, with
proof*
Add ($3.00) if you license after (March 31st)
- Proof of Spay/Neutered must only be supplied one time; it will be your pet’s permanent record thereafter
